Broccoli Salad with strips of turkey


Ingredients for 4 persons:

600g Broccoli florets
250g Penne
150g of turkey strips
150g of cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon of Ardo Chopped Parsley
2 tablespoons of Pine Nuts
Pepper and salt

For the seasoning:

2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Ardo Garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon of mustard
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation


Prepare the seasoning with the white wine vinegar, chopped garlic, mustard and olive oil and allow to rest for approximately 30 minutes. Thaw the Pasta Penne according to the instructions on the packet. Blanch the broccoli florets and drain. Dry roast the Pine Nuts in a frying pan until golden.. Fry the turkey strips until beginning to crisp.  Add the pasta, broccoli, pine nuts, chopped parsley and quartered cherry tomatoes to the cooked turkey and serve with the seasoning mix.
