Pizza with Parma ham and grilled vegetables
Ingredients to serve 4:
Dough:
15g yeast, 3dl water, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 table spoon olive oil, approx. 120g flour
Topping:
450g Ardo Italian Grill vegetables,
3 slices fresh mozzarella,
140g Parma ham or other dried ham,
1/4dl olive oil with basil,
1 pack rocket

Preparation
Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add the salt and olive oil. Add the four gradually. Knead well. Cover the dough with plastic film and leave to rise for 6 hours. You can also leave the dough overnight in the refrigerator.
Pre-heat the oven to 275°C. Roll out the dough out, so that it fits into a greased baking tin. Spread the Italian Grill vegetables over the dough, put the mozzarella and the Parma ham on top and sprinkle with olive oil. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Garnish with rocket and serve.
