Your Scope

Today Ardo is going through multiple transformations, one of these with the goal to create an efficient IT structure and innovative IT landscape that prepares for us for future growth:

  • The global implementation of S/4HANA.
  • Transforming from a local approach to a more centralized approach by creating a Group IT structure with a center of excellence in Belgium.
  • Creating a more uniform IT landscape: i.e., 1 ERP system, using the same IT methodologies, …

We are looking for a Business Analyst Warehouse to join our IT team. In this new created role:  

  • You act as the Business Analyst Warehouse in the planned rollouts of S/4HANA and the future improvements/ digitalization of the Warehouse process.
  • During those rollouts you identify the potential gaps in the current template. 
  • You play an active role during the realization phase, Go-live and the aftercare. 
  • You actively support a team of functional analysts in SAP, including demonstrating and explaining processes and coordinating projects within S/4HANA.
  • Together with the IT Application Manager and IT Director, you will be responsible:
    • for mapping and setting up to roadmap to digitalize the warehouse processes.
    • to select the vendor/tool.
    • to oversee the design of the solution and the implementation.

Your profile

  • You have a minimal of 5-7 years of experience with warehouse processes and SAP Extended Warehouse management.  
  • You should have prior experience in an architectural role or a keen interest in pursuing a career as an architect.
  • You have a good understanding of Supply Chain Processes, with warehouse management.  
  • Experience in S/4HANA is a plus.
  • You can in a pragmatic way translate complex logistics challenges into standardized (SAP) solutions. 
  • You have good analytical skills, with both detail and helicopter views.
  • You have strong communication skills and know how to work together with different stakeholders.
  • Language skills: English is a must; Dutch and French are an asset.
  • You are willing to travel for short trips within Europe.
