Chop seuy with basmati rice recipe

Ingredients

  • 2kg Ardo Chop suey mix
  • 200g Ardo Asian style herb mix 
  • 1.5kg Ardo rice Basmati
  • 1dl vegetable oil
  • 5dl vegetable stock
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Mushroom sauce
  • Corn starch
  • Black sesame

Preparation

  1. Steam the chop seuy mix briefly and let it drain.
  2. Stirfry the Asian style herb mix in the vegetable oil, add the chop seuy mix and stirfry on max power.
  3. Add the stock, soy sauce, sesame oil and mushroom sauce to your own taste. Bring to boil and thicken with the corn starch.
  4. Steam the basmati rice till warm. 
  5. Serve the chop seuy with the rice, finish with some black sesame seeds.
