Ingredients
- 2kg Ardo Chop suey mix
- 200g Ardo Asian style herb mix
- 1.5kg Ardo rice Basmati
- 1dl vegetable oil
- 5dl vegetable stock
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Mushroom sauce
- Corn starch
- Black sesame

Preparation
- Steam the chop seuy mix briefly and let it drain.
- Stirfry the Asian style herb mix in the vegetable oil, add the chop seuy mix and stirfry on max power.
- Add the stock, soy sauce, sesame oil and mushroom sauce to your own taste. Bring to boil and thicken with the corn starch.
- Steam the basmati rice till warm.
- Serve the chop seuy with the rice, finish with some black sesame seeds.
