Ingredients
- 2 kg Ardo chunky sautéed carrots
- 100 g Ardo shallots
- 20 g Ardo parsley
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 50 g sugar
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Add shallots to the butter, add the carrots and sugar when translucent, and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer with the lid on until the carrots have the preferred texture.
- Add parsley to finish.
