Vichy chunky sautéed carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 kg Ardo chunky sautéed carrots
  • 100 g Ardo shallots
  • 20 g Ardo parsley
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 50 g sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Add shallots to the butter, add the carrots and sugar when translucent, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Simmer with the lid on until the carrots have the preferred texture.
  3. Add parsley to finish.
