Ingredients
- 500g of Ardo pre-fried onion slivers,
- 400 cl of chicken stock,
- 15g of powdered veal stock,
- 10g of Ardo chopped garlic,
- 50 cl of pouring cream,
- 10g of Ardo chopped chives,
- 10cl of cognac,
- salt and pepper

Preparation
- Heat the pre-fried onion slivers while still frozen.
- When thawed, add the chopped garlic, powdered veal stock and mix together.
- Add the chicken stock, cream and salt.
- Bring to the boil.
- Lower the heat, add the cognac and pepper and simmer.
- Add the chives and serve with croutons.
