Ingredients
- 450g of Ardo pre-fried onion slivers,
- 500cl of chicken stock,
- 65cl of liquid crème fraîche,
- 50g of desiccated coconut,
- 30gof turmeric,
- 5g of Ardo chopped garlic,
- salt and pepper

Preparation
- Heat the chicken stock. When boiling, add the pre-fried onion slivers, coconut and chopped garlic. Bring to the boil. Lower the heat, add the crème fraîche, salt, pepper and turmeric. Make sure the soup does not boil.
- Mix it with an electric blender for a perfectly smooth result (strain through a small strainer if necessary).
- Season to taste.
- Decorate the soup with a rosette of unsweetened whipped cream, strands of saffron and a sprig of chervil.
