Ingredients
- 500g Ardo Mango
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 50ml Agave Syrup
- 1 vanilla pod
- 3 Star anise
- Deleye, chocolate or vanilla yoghurt elements

Preparation
- Put the mango in a saute pan with all the aromatics.
- Allow to simmer for a while so that all the flavours are released.
- Cool down again and serve cold with the defrosted Elements.
