Provençal Carrots recipe

Ingredients

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1.5 kg Ardo Duo of carrots - Chef's cut 
  • 200 g Ardo diced onions
  • 20 g Ardo Provence herb mix
  • 20 g Ardo parsley
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 2 dl vegetable broth
  • Pepper and salt

Preparation

  1. Sauté the onion cubes in butter, add the Provençal herb mix and the vegetable broth.
  2. Mix these aromatics with the carrots.
  3. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Cook the carrots in the steamer at 140°C (284°F) for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Mix after cooking and finish with parsley.
