Wok Asian Style recipe

Ingredients

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1.5 kg Asian style mix
  • 250 g Asian-style herb mix
  • 500 g rice noodles
  • 2 dl vegetable broth
  • 1 dl peanut oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Mirin
  • Lime
  • Sesame oil
  • Cornstarch
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Briefly steam the Asian mix.
  2. Cook the rice noodles until tender.
  3. Sauté the Asian-style seasoning mix in peanut oil over high heat.
  4. Add the Asian mix and noodles, moisten with the vegetable broth, and season with soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and lime.
  5. Thicken the sauce with a bit of cornstarch.
  6. Finish with some toasted sesame seeds.
