 BBQ style corn ribs recipe for sharing

Ingredients

  • 10 Ardo Corn ribs
  • 50g Ardo BBQ style herb mix
  • 1dl cola
  • 0.2dl Jack Daniels
  • 1 dl agave syrup
  • 1.5dl ketchup
  • 1dl BBQ sauce
  • 50g butter
  • 1 lime : juice and zest
  • Crispy onions

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients (except the lime zest and crispy onions) together in a pan and bring to boil.
  2. Put the glaze on the corn ribs and put them in the oven 12-14mins at 180-200°C.
  3. Serve with the lime zest and the crispy onions.
