- 20 Ardo Corn ribs
- 2dl olive oil
- BBQ rub or Tex Mex seasoning
- 100g butter (optional)

- Steam the corn ribs briefly.
- Mingle the corn ribs with the olive oil and BBQ rub.
- Grill them on a medium heat till warm.
- Brush with some melted butter.
